FEE STRUCTURES

 1.     MAJOR CAPITAL BUILD PROJECT- CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

 -Professional team appointment and management

-Working with preferred architects or appointing through design competition.

-Pre/mid/post onsite construction team management

-Completed building delivery and handover.

       -Time + budget control, dispute resolution, penalty administration, monthly client reporting.

 Fee 2% of construction contract value, paid monthly on programme

 

2.     HOURLY RATE

Light touch Campus Annual Audit and agreed specific property advice £100 per hour.

 Fixed Price typical site survey, report and action plan subject to campus size:

Fee £2,500-£4,500 

 

3.     12 MONTH RETAINER

Full Campus Audit and ongoing general property advice and new project proposals in collaboration with all stakeholders and architects

 Typical Fee £2000 pcm or by agreement

 

4.     LAND SALE

Developer-targeted professional land disposal advice and marketing on client’s behalf, obtaining Planning Consent prior or sold Subject to Planning  

 Fee 2% of sale price
