Professional experience
My experience of large-scale urban regeneration schemes in SE England and relationships with the DCLG, SEEDA, and English Partnerships has enabled me to establish a valuable in-depth knowledge of the land and new homes market.
I have worked closely with architects and consultants such as Ove Arup, Will Alsop, Glenn Howells, Gardner + Theobalds and Barton Willmore from the early stages on Masterplanning, Residential and Educational Placemaking.
Particularly important in these major housing projects was the early primary and secondary education provision. The developer’s obligation to deliver was typically tied in by the Planning Consent via a Section 106 agreement.
